Two of the top 10 places to find a job in 2018 are cities in Iowa according to ZipRecruiter, CNBC reports.
The central Iowa college town, Ames, which is home to Iowa State University, came in at fifth on the list. Known as an ag-tech and animal health research hub, Ames is also home to finance software developer, Workiva, among the top 10 technology companies to work for according to Fortune magazine.
ZipRecruiter ranked Iowa’s capital and largest city, Des Moines, eighth. Known as an insurance leader with a growing startup and tech community, Des Moines ranked as one of the fastest-growing cities in the Midwest in 2017.
